Press
The forgotten Jewish Great War Poet, Revived - Tablet, January 2015
"Artist Peter Kuper (best known for Spy Vs. Spy in Mad Magazine illustrated 'The Immortals." The poem's despairing tone - ending in a seemingly offhand, grim, anti-climactic shrug - is wedded perfectly with Kuper's bold, bleak art."
Poem of the week: Returning, We Hear Larks - The Guardian, November 2013
"The poem seems to look into the heart of Romantic epiphany and find an abyss"
A fallen war poet whose name should live on - The Telegraph, October 2013
"Not out of snobbery or anti-Semitism, these days; more because that pantheon was set in stone half a century or so ago, and it’s hard to break down the familiar boundaries of popular memory"
Killed in 1818, now Isaac Rosenberg rises - The Independent, September 2012
"Few other nations neglect their great poets as Britain has done those of the 1914-18 war."
